Quick story behind this print… I have had a difficult time dealing with my dad passing away last year two days after Christmas. Honestly, I'm still having a rough time with it. To help take my mind off of things, I turned to the comfort of some old friends: screen printing and my favorite childhood comic book heroes. Screen printing helps keep my mind occupied. I enjoy the routine of the entire creative process. And to help with my emotions, my favorite superhero. I drew one of my favorite Spidey poses, and added some graphic elements for fun, then, I hand screen printed them. I did a very small run on whatever paper I had laying around. No deep meaning behind this, just something that gives me comfort. I hope you enjoy.
