How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

REFUNDS-

Refunds are issued via PayPal for the following reasons:
• An item was oversold (due to heavy volume of simultaneous orders), whereby our stock of that item is depleted.
• The customer created multiple orders; on purpose or by accident.
• A customer wished to cancel their order. In which case, please send a prompt email to tinybirdpress@gmail.com.

SHIPPING & HANDLING-

All orders are shipped via USPS.

DAMAGED PRINTS-

For damaged packages, please send an email to tinybirdpress@gmail.com, along with a hi-res photo of the damaged shipping tube/print. After we receive the photo will initiate the claim with USPS. Upon resolution of the claim we will either send a replacement print (if additional prints are available), or send a refund via PayPal.

ABOUT OUR PRINTS-

These are hand-printed. We strive to do only quality work. Since our prints are hand-crafted, please be conscious of the fact that small variations on each print are part of the hand-made, screen-printing process. Each print is unique and original, no two prints are exactly alike. If you are looking for a “perfect” print, then our hand-printed art prints, might not be for you. Please, consider this before you buy.

RETURNS-

If your package gets returned to us for any reason by UPS or USPS, it is your responsibility to pay to have the item reshipped (please see shipping rates above), PLUS any additional charges that UPS/USPS charge us to return the package (typically a $5 fee).
